Our inspections include a meticulous, in-person, examination of your property. It is important to be organized in the field, which is why we inspect each property the same way, every time. We move from building to building, carefully scrutinizing the exterior and interior structural components and finishes, as well as any appurtenant structures and buildings. Depending on the inspection, we may also address plumbing, hvac, electrical, roof, or mitigation construction specifically.  With reserve studies, we would delve even deeper into each community component on your property, including further observation of patios, retaining walls, exterior & path lighting, docks, boat lifts and attenuators. This list is certainly not exhaustive and may not apply to all inspections but they are typical to our onsite process. We document the existing condition of your property with photos, measurements, footprints and sketches, and we often rely on our clients to provide relevant and accurate data pertaining to the property to further ensure we leave no stone unturned. 

The information we obtain from the inspection process is then analyzed and cross-referenced against public records, search engines, and satellite imagery; entered and calculated per your property's specifications into industry-standard valuation software, resulting in a final document or valuation report.  We don't stop there. Depending on the inspection type, we then prepare two separate valuations to verify and re-verify our results against the first. At PIE Pros, we don't just measure twice, we measure three times before we make a cut. The final product is then compiled and submitted to you in a printable electronic copy and endorsed by your PIE Pro.

When our evaluation has concluded we will send you a printable pdf of your document or valuation report. Each document or report is custom to your property with aerial overviews, photos, captions, narrative and any financials or projections.  You may retain this copy for your records, business purposes, and renewal valuations.
